Nothing much to blog about lately. Cant seem to get motivated about things...personal life or work included. Perhaps it was have a couple of freinds pass away recently, or perhaps it is my impending 43rd Birthday on Dec 1st. What ever it is, I hope it passes soon.

Technology imposed silence... Last week I experenced the dreaded computer crash. I had just finished processing the extensive set of gallery photos I did in Palm Springs in August for the BTicket. Had quite a few wonderful images to post, thanks to some very hot buddies. I was in the middle of burning a CD of one of the galleries when the computer locked up. I did the usual power off and and back on, only to find nothing happening. Complete disaster! Jim and I were leaving for Palm Springs, and it simply had to wait until I got back to figure out. Now after much stress, the system is back up and running and I am recovering all the work. I am planning a major backup before I post the images...please be patient. Halloween in Palm Springs was good, although it got very cold. Jim and I were there mostly to get away and celebrate his move in 17 years ago. We visited the bars breifly and avoided the costumed crowds. Did lots of shopping and architecture hunting, and spent time with our buddy george. Even got to see snow at the top of the mountain on our tram ride. Was a good weekend in all.... now back to the regularly scheduled computing.
