In bittersweet recovery today. Bitter that I do this to myself, Sweet in the memories of the fun with freinds that transpired. This past weekend was Mr. L.A. Leather. A chance to see old friends I haven't seen in a longtime, and meet up with new freinds and dance my ass off all night at the same time. Was a blast, especially the redeye afterparty. Of course I took balloons and amused myself and the crowd with them, but the best part was feeling close and connect with my freinds. But the toll of partying from 8:00pm to 7:30am nonstop is making itself known. I feel too old to be doing that to myself. My body aches, and not only are my eyes a bit bloodshot today, my skin is red and warm like I got a sunburn. But the effects will wear off soon...and it will be life as normal. For now back the headphones and bouncing my day away at the computer.

Still strugglin with the new website. Seems the perl script cgi programs I want to run the pay portion of the site is givin me lots of problems. Ditto for the cgi guestbook script. The guest book works but doesnt follow my control freak idea of how I want it to look. Was able to tame Blogger, why not the Guestbook? Been home all week with a bronchial infection, first time in years I have just laid in bed sick. I am amazed at how much I have slept.

I am thrilled the java code template works with Blogger, I just hope the scrolling function works widely for viewers, it is a standard feature of the new website. With the wireless connection card on my Ipaq I should be able to post to the site with some regularity. The overall site, however is taking much longer to complete than I had envisioned. The Guestbook function is giving me problems, and I have yet to figure out the script coding for the paysite galleries. Hopefully it will all be up and running by the end of the month.

Looks like the Beta site is working ok, got a few bugs though. I would appreciate it if anyone could send me email with the bug problems. The site is heavily javascript, so there is bound to be a few java errors. (I wrote it afterall!!!) I know the guestbook is not there yet, and the b-ticket link is not finished, will just take you to the original site right now. But other than that, thinks seem to work. Want to check it all out on other browsers.
